NLCE was founded by Adam Coulin in 1999 as a result of identifying a need in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Central Coast commercial sector for a company that could provide a complete set of services.

Since then, NLCE has expanded into several different sectors while still maintaining the highest level of workmanship and quality.
